Instructions to evaluate Paid Membership Manager on our demo site:

- Login to:

- Go to Components >> Paid Membership Manager >> Configuration

- Configure settings and default access control

- Go to Components >> Paid Membership Manager >> Subscription Plans

- Create subscription plans and you can define different access control settings for each plan for different levels of membership.

Problems in Demo?

As many users concurrently access the demo site, some times you face problems in using demo site. Some of them are listed below with solution:

Q. Currently at demo site when you try to open a page that you have not permission then you get 404 error. Is that because demo site ?

A. Sometimes people enter a wrong/non-existent url in paid membership manager configuration and the result is a 404 error. The correct url to plans page is

index.php?option=com_simsu&view=plans

that you can enter in 'Access denied URL' field in configuration.

Q. How can I get different front-end templates for different plans?

A. Go in JomSocial configuration, select your plan from dropdown, then select 'Template' for this plan. Save it. Now, you can different profile templates for different users who have an active subscription to one of your plans.

Q. What is the url to see plans/purchase page in frontend?

A. index.php?option=com_simsu&view=plans
