We are glad to announce our new product for Joomla + Virtuemart sites. It's a big one. Virtuemart Multi Store!
Create multiple frontends from one Joomla! site. These are your Sub sites or Sub Stores. Sub Stores can be shown on sub domains of your main domain and also on other independent domains using domain parking or addon domains.
You can allocate joomla and virtuemart items to your child sites as per your choice:
- Different templates - Sections, Categories and Articles
- Different Frontpage look and feel on each sub store - Allocate your Virtuemart Products and Categories to your sub stores. - Show different modules on different child sites or share some of them to all sites
Live demo: http://trythisweb.com/demo_vm_multi/ which shows all content of all Sub sites.
You can login to the backend of main site http://trythisweb.com/demo_vm_multi/administrator/ as demoadmin/demodemo
Sub Stores are located at:

After login to backend of Main site, you can allocate different data to different sub-sites by using the following options. Please configure them in the listed order:
1) The link "Maintain Stores" in Virtuemart Configuration. 2) The link "Child Sites/Stores Allocation" in Article Manager 3) "Change" link with Category name, in Virtuemart Category List screen 4) "Change" link with Product name, in Virtuemart Products List screen
We would love to see your feedback on this!
