To enable AssistiveTouch on an iPad Pro for clearing RAM, follow these steps:

Step 1: Enable AssistiveTouch

1. Open the Settings app on your iPad Pro. This app is represented by a gear icon.
2. Scroll down and select Accessibility from the list of options.
3. Tap on Touch under the "Physical and Motor" section.
4. Select AssistiveTouch.
5. Toggle ON the AssistiveTouch setting. You will see the AssistiveTouch icon (a circle inside a gray rectangle) appear on your screen.

Step 2: Clear RAM Using AssistiveTouch

1. Press the Volume Up button quickly.
2. Press the Volume Down button quickly.
3. Immediately hold the Power button until the "Slide to Power Off" screen appears.
4. Tap the AssistiveTouch button to open its menu.
5. Long press the Home option in the AssistiveTouch menu. If you don't see a Home option, you might need to customize the menu to include it or use the "Device" option if available.
6. The iPad will display the lock screen, indicating that the RAM has been cleared. You will need to enter your password to log in.

Optional: Customize AssistiveTouch Menu

If you need to add a Home option to your AssistiveTouch menu:
1. Go back to Settings > Accessibility > Touch > AssistiveTouch.
2. Tap on Customize Top Level Menu.
3. Add or modify icons as needed to include a Home option.

Additional Tips

- You can move the AssistiveTouch icon to any part of the screen by dragging it.
- To quickly turn AssistiveTouch on or off, you can set up the Accessibility Shortcut by triple-clicking the top button on your iPad.

This method provides an alternative to traditional force restarts for clearing RAM and can be particularly useful if you find it difficult to perform the standard button combinations.
