Can I use Potatso Lite or Shadowrocket to set up a proxy for multiple apps

Using Potatso Lite

1. Install Potatso Lite from the App Store[1][3][5].

2. Open the app and tap "Add a Proxy". Select "Manual" to enter your proxy details[1][2][3].

3. Choose the proxy type (e.g. SOCKS5), enter the host, port, and if required, username and password[2][3].

4. Tap "Done" to save the proxy configuration.

5. On the main screen, select the proxy you just added and tap the play button to enable it[3].

6. Potatso Lite will ask to add a VPN configuration to route traffic through the proxy. Tap "Allow" to proceed[3][5].

7. You can now select which apps should use the configured proxy in Potatso Lite's settings[1][2].

Using Shadowrocket

Shadowrocket offers similar functionality to Potatso Lite for setting up per-app proxies. The steps are nearly identical:

1. Install Shadowrocket and add your SOCKS5 or HTTP proxy details.

2. In the app settings, choose which apps should route their traffic through the proxy.

3. Shadowrocket will also create a VPN configuration to enable the proxy.

Both Potatso Lite and Shadowrocket provide an easy way to selectively route traffic from specific apps through a proxy server on your iPhone. This allows you to bypass restrictions or maintain anonymity for certain apps while leaving other apps unaffected.
