How do I turn off notifications for specific apps on Apple Watch 10

Here's how to turn off notifications for specific apps on your Apple Watch:

Turn off notifications for individual apps

1. Open the Watch app on your iPhone.
2. Tap the My Watch tab.
3. Tap Notifications.
4. Tap the app you want to turn off notifications for.
5. Adjust the toggles as desired. Some apps allow you to choose between:
- Allow Notifications: Notifications appear in Notification Center and your Apple Watch will alert you.
- Send to Notification Center: Notifications are sent directly to Notification Center without your Apple Watch alerting you.
- Notifications Off: The app won't send any notifications[1][4].

Turn off notifications on the fly

1. When a notification appears on your Apple Watch, swipe left on it.
2. Tap the More button (three dots).
3. Tap Turn off to stop receiving notifications from that app[1].

After doing this, notifications from that app will only appear in the Apple Watch Notification Center. You'll need to go back into the Watch app on iPhone > Notifications to turn the app's notifications back on if desired[1].

By customizing your notification settings for each app, you can reduce distractions and only receive alerts from the most important apps on your Apple Watch[4].
