Question:
After installing and enabling your multi vendor virtuemart plugin our main site home page is giving 404 error. I disabled the plugin to get our site back.
Answer:
You did not allocate the home page article to
'Mainstore'. That is why the system is not showing that article and
giving 404 error. Please do the following:
- Enable multi store plugin.
- Go in Virtuemart back end >> Multi store control center (MSCC)
- Then go in "Joomla Content & Module allocation"
- Select 'Articles' from drop down.
- Allocate articles to Mainstore and/or sub store sites as you want.
