Q. Hello, It looks like the permissions are not working. For example, I have set Write Messages to 0 in one of my plans but a subscriber of that plan can still send messages. Please help.
A. Please check that you have installed the latest version of pammag plugin and it is published. Secondly, you need to check if the user has another subscription to another plan which allows him to send messages.
